Hydrostatic Tubing Testing

Hydrotesting is the process of pressure testing production tubing with water or fluids. Where EMI/ scanning does not find defects in coupling areas, Hydrotesting will. The result is 100% pass/fail type of inspection. Up to 2 joints of pipe can be tested while tripping tubing in or out of the hole. Our truck is capable of testing  1  1/2"-   4 1/2" up to 15,000 psi. We also have tools available for testing lined/ coated tubing strings.
